We partnered with bMedia to reimagine their entire business model with strategic digital solutions. First, we equipped their sales team with custom digital tools that pumped out slick proposals faster than you can say "billboard space for rent." No more lengthy processes or endless email chains. Next, we built a self-service platform that gave clients unprecedented control. They can now check real-time availability, calculate costs, pay by card, upload artwork, and track performance metrics—all through an intuitive digital interface. The innovative bGIG platform democratized access to the advertising industry by allowing any Puerto Rican to register as a Sales Partner. We enhanced this with an AI-powered banner creation tool that helps users without design experience create professional-looking ads through templates. This opened advertising opportunities to small businesses that previously couldn't access professional design resources. Finally, we transformed bSuite from internal software into a marketable product. What began as operational infrastructure evolved into a new business vertical, positioning bMedia as both an advertising company and a technology solutions provider.
